Shipping

Prints are produced, framed, certified and shipped by the printing partner. Below you’ll find times, costs and delivery details.

1. Production and dispatch

Each order is produced to measure by the partner PHOTOGEM, then carefully packaged and shipped with a tracked courier.

2. Timescales

Estimated production and delivery time is 3–7 working days from the order confirmation. Timescales may vary slightly during peak periods; any exceptions will be communicated by email.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically on the cart subtotal (VAT included) and shown before payment:

• Up to €9,99: €15,98
• From €10,00 to €29,99: €10,98
• From €30,00 to €149,99: €8,91
• From €150 upwards: free shipping

4. Delivery area

Orders and delivery are available within Italy only. The delivery country in checkout is restricted to Italy.

5. Packaging

Framed prints are protected with packaging suited to fragile items, to guarantee they arrive in perfect condition.

6. Tracking

As soon as the parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow the delivery.

7. Delivery and damage

On delivery, please check the parcel. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and follow the Returns policy to obtain a replacement or refund.
