The Ankole-Watusi ox is famous for its monumental horns, which can exceed a metre and a half. An ancient East African breed, here it is portrayed on black that emphasises the imposing arc of its horns.
Every Animals in Black photograph begins in a wildlife park in Northern Italy and is developed through Gian Luca Partengo’s original post-production process, which isolates the animal against black without altering its identity.
